Rental rates quoted online exclude the 15% Gratuity & the 13% Government Room Tax. Government Room Tax 13% portion does not apply to Cayman Residents, but the 15% Gratuity portion does apply to all bookings -Cayman residents & Oversea visitors.

3 nights minimum stay is required through the Cayman Holiday Weekends, Easter and School breaks

4 nights minimum stay is required during The Christmas/New Year Holiday period (Dec 18 to Jan 3) and for advance booking placed 240 days ahead of time

2 nights stays open up based on availability from 30 days prior to arrival date- Contact us directly.

Check in is at 3pm / Check out is at 11am - Earlier check in possible if the room is available upon a USD 30.00 charge
