Our family is looking forward to our FIFTH year of vacationing at Paradise Villas!! We've tried other tropical vacations, but once we visited Little Cayman we knew we had found something special. The kids, ages 9 and 14, look forward to the laid back days...snorkelling off the boat or beach, exploring the island by bicycle, learning about a very special piece of the world. We enjoy seeing how busy they are having fun, without all of the commercial pursuits that are found on most "family vacations". The staff at Paradise Villas goes WAY out of their way to assure that all the guests have a great time.....the villas are right on the water, with beautiful porches to enjoy the views. We are counting down the days until March!

Melanie and Bill Cranshaw.

Paradise Villas on Little Cayman Island is the perfect place to bring your family. Our combination of 12 oceanfront one bedroom villas, seaside dining at the Hungry Iguana Restaurant, and world class diving (for kids 12 years and older) and snorkeling, is sure to offer you and your family a carefree and an activity filled vacation on beautiful Little Cayman.

Little Cayman is one of the last ‘undeveloped’ Islands in the Caribbean. It is ‘what isn’t here’ that makes us unique. No shopping malls, movie theatres, or amusement parks can be found here. World Class snorkeling and diving at Bloody Bay Wall are the ‘main draw’ but there are miles of deserted beaches and plenty of good snorkeling spots for young and old alike. Iguanas, hermit crabs, and lizards abound here. Countless parents tell us that their kids spend their days playing with the ‘critters’, playing in the pool or on the beach, and exploring the seemingly deserted Island. Little Cayman also stands out because along with everything that ‘isn’t here’; guests can expect a well stocked grocery store, safe drinking water, and a generally safe environment for you and your kids.

Don’t take our word for it, read the testimonial at the top of the page and look at our guestbook for more positive feedback from our past guests. Kids under 12 stay for free too!

Little Cayman is a very safe place. Your kids are sure to have a great day splashing around the pool or playing on the beach.

Because the walls at Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bay start in as little as 15 feet of water, kids (and adults) can come on the dive trips with us. Sometimes snorkelers see more than the divers do!

The water is typically very clear and flat. We don't have many strong currents either. Kids can enjoy themselves snorkelling and they can learn about the Marine Environment too.
